Civility in Action

Join us for six weeks of online workshops, mentoring and group discussion.  Explore techniques which will enable you to lead civility in practice whilst developing your own emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Do any of the following sounds familiar:

You're worried incivility is affecting your team's wellbeing and patient safety
You're struggling to retain or recruit team members
You're dealing with rude or difficult clients
You’re looking for a better way to build a happy, resilient team

You’re not alone — and it doesn’t have to be this way.

“This course was amazing — it built my confidence and leadership skills. Civility is so crucial in the veterinary field. I’ve always known that, but now I understand how to communicate it effectively to my team. Thank you both for an incredible course!” - Delegate, Cohort 1
